Great video–I will definitely steer my people to it to understand why I think Twitter is a worthwhile way to spend time. (They already know I like cocktail parties so this will surely resonate!)

Great post! Will definitely forward to Twitter fence-sitters who are missing out on a great thing. Thanks for the shout out to the weekly Follow the Reader publishing discussions Kat Meyer and I run on Twitter (#followreader).
BTW, don’t know if it’s just me, but the video stopped running at 4:32 and I couldn’t access the final minute of it.

I liked this video very much. I was a beta tester for Tweet Camp and found it useful, easy to understand and comprehensive in presenting the basics but not overwhelming. In short, a great “camp” experience.
This video is a neat follow-up. I like the perspective and the presentation. Well done!

This is just an advertisement for Twitter. I would be surprised if the website that posted it wasn’t paid by the folks at Twitter.

Thanks everyone.
@Candy, I can assure you we were not paid by Twitter (like Twitter really needs paid advertising).
Many people have found great value in Twitter, while others just don’t get it. We’re trying to help the people who fall into the latter category.

Oh man, I would let this man read the phone book to me.
I think Twitter is voyeuristic instant messaging. Though “cocktail party” really sums it up. (and gives you less weird visual images.)
And hey! What is wrong with cat pictures on your blog??? Everybody loves cat pictures.
